As you can tell, someone at Eromaxx decided to rip us all off by missing out a week of updates.

When they can update on Christmas Day and not on 28 December, you wonder what commitment some people at Eromaxx have to customer service. (I exclude Barbara from this – she is let down by management too)

Eromaxx sites are great but it has to be acknowledged that we members pay very handsomely for them. I am happy to do this as long as we get the updates. We didn’t last week.

What is worst is that the updtes for all sites were ready to be posted ages ago but that someone decided to hold them back by a week – to rip us off and make more money for Eromaxx.

Cancelling membership for a month should concentrate minds at Eromaxx. They need to be persuaded that the customer comes first.

I don’t want to take this step but will do if Eromaxx don’t put right their error over Christmas.

I agree with the others. Eromaxx is a fine ’site, but I feel as though I am being cheated out of 1 week’s worth of updates. Maybe you could issue some sort of credit to keep your regular customers happy?

I agree with LeatherMatze!
I payed for 4 weeks and get only updates for three weeks! Maybe You could stretch the membership about christmas a week, as a kind of “christmaspresent”… Members who join regulary know all older updates. Pls. think about it?
But by the way, I took a look on the Tyrannised updates, there were three things I liked: In the update of 2008-06-25 Rachel Evans’ dress is very nice, also in 2008-06-18 her white lingerie (very hot!)and the dress in 2008-09-17 (incl. the girl!)

Hope to see some updates (probably with some leather, it was a long time without any leather skirts/clothing….)soon; one week without updates means a quarter of a monthly membership without updates….

Hi, and a happy new year.
I can´t wait for the new updates in the wet-,dso-, fcp-, pia- and mf-section!!
But, three days in a week fcmo-shoots? No wet-shoots? I love some of the fcmo-productions, but I love wetlook much more!!
Please produced more wetlook-shoots!!!
