Hello guys, I have got some emails and also some of you were chatting with me saying that our Tainster Customer Support doesn’t answer your questions and no reply your emails. I checked it very carefully with our colleagues from customer support and we found out that they answer all messages they got in the mail boxes- BUT there could be possibly problem that mail fall into the spam box or could be not deliver properly. Here is my offer regarding this, instead of complains and type of messages saying “support never answered me!”, better to email me – you could find my email in this Blog and mention or even forward me message for support, I will take care they will get it to the mail box. Then you could be sure your mail will be deliver. If there will be no answer, check your email boy, if it is not full etc, because there is not always problem in Tainster side you know …. Barbara
